Even though a Toyota pickup truck with a swiveling chain gun would be a lot cheaper and a hell of a lot more effective. Wheels > Legs.

It's like a new Nerf™ gun... Heck, if we had our wars fought with rubber balls we'd save a bunch of money... (But, on the other hand, Nerf would gain a bundle of money. Yes, this is a stupid statement, but it was just a thought that came up when seeing that it shoots rubber balls.) But yeah, I have to agree, Wheels > Legs in shear speed and maneuverability; plus, easier to get a shot.

You know, I wouldn't be suprised if Nerf darts actually cost more to produce than lead bullets. It's cool that the guy went out and built himself a mech, but other than to "ooh" and "ah" factors, it's pretty impractical.

Wheels > Legs in shear speed and maneuverability half right. If his legs were more like actual legs and bent more, legs are better for maneuverability.

Agreed. Though I'd prefer a million orbital death satellites. Kinda like Reagan's "Star Wars" system only real, functional, and less gay.

Does that mean we will see no more tanks? Phht. Nope. They just need to be changed in profile/ design/ purpose. Our mech-advancedeness isn't just far enough yet. Who knows, Tanks/ Mech may end up being GITS/ GITS:SAC like.
