Some Romanian boy-band song, I believe. I've heard it played on the radio a couple of times.
The movie is funny as hell, especially when you see the version with the translated subtitles.

SHOCKING UPDATE!I have discovered the identity of the guy in the video! (By accident, of course...) He's from Saddle Brook, NJ, less than 10 minutes from my house! He turns out to be my RA's brother's friend's cousin (okay...it sounds less "yeah right" when you hear it spoken out loud). I should have figured he was from Jersey...who else would do anything like this?
