Scientists who deny that humans contribute to global warming frankly tend to have nice pay checks from Exxon Mobile. Just a little note: You can tell when the Exxon Mobile Plant downtown is dumping the shit in the air. They don't call where we live Cancer Alley for nothing. But it's not their fault, oh no.

We do have underground powerlines, but you do have a point. We practically live under sea-level. It's not like they can't put the lines in PVC, however. Ehhh, its difficult. Though it has been done where when they put down new sewer pipes they will in fact put wires in the pipes with the sewage, and just have the lines sealed (can take sewage, not the water level I assume). Of course, if you wish to pay the taxes for them to redo all the sewage lines in your state, thats up to you.

No respectable scientist who is not in the direct or indirect employ of a large polluting or energy corporation disputes the fact of a humanity-caused global warming.
Why do you think there's a Kyoto Treaty to begin with?

Cancer /= Global warming. Yeah, but it's the same chemicals that are fucking up our air. Besides, I didn't say it had anything to do with global warming. I was merely remarking about Exxon Mobile and how truthful they are.

Why do you think there's a Kyoto Treaty to begin with? Cyg, there are alot of stupid people out there. Everyone for so long thought the world was flat, and even though so many people believed they had evidence, they were flat out wrong. Is there evidence that there is such thing called Global Warming? Perhaps. Is there evidence that this is something is CONSTANTLY HAPPENING? Hm, let me think. YES.

Zorak I don't think anyone is claiming that the Earth doesn't naturally warm itself up at times. But the fact is, a natural cycle is being dramatically accelerated in effects by man made pollutants.

It may or may not be. Like I said, our records are hardly evidence compaired to the total history of weather patterns that have existed over the years. There's just not enough data to solidly prove that there is a notable acceleration that we are responcible for yet.

Why Rosie O'Donnal bites the head off nice people who just happen to be in the NRA?
Why people want total freedom of speech and yet don't want no one to be offened?
Why do people think Bush invaded Iraq for the oil dispited the fact that Canada has more oil?
Becuase left-wingers are retards!

Why Rosie O'Donnal bites the head off nice people who just happen to be in the NRA? Because the NRA supports some of the stupidest policies. Why the hell would you want automatic weapons street legal? There are right-wing nutjobs that are also guilty, except for the fact that they don't believe in the first amendment at all. Bush didn't invade Iraq for oil, he invaded Iraq so that the price of the oil he already owns would go up. Duh. Nice generalization.
