You know, I think a major hurt to cosplaying is a slight lack of shame by a lot of folks doing it. You should play to your body type. Wag makes a good Shadow, we all know this, we've seen it. You, you make a good Ukyo. You really do. But now, You? No. You can't make a good Ukyo. This is verging on unconstituitional. Learn to dress up in a way that suits you, like this guy! See? It doesn't have to be painful for the rest of us. It's not that I'm trying to be cruel here or anything... well, maybe a little... but be serious: when you mention cosplay to most people, the first thing they mention is our middle example.

I'd want to do Spike, but my hair would be too long to pull that one off. Maybe if I made a costume for Vicious, I could, and I could spray my hair to be the right color. But since I'm working Sunday, I'll probably just be cosplaying as a Burger King manager. Well, there have got to be Cons in Jersey sometime... ...unless what they say is actually true and Hell is IN Jersey...

You could just wear a T-shirt that says "Costume" on it like I've done for the past four or so years.

This is exactly why I will NEVER cosplay.

My flight suit makes a good Duo costume. Once I find the pics for it, I'll scan them (or webcam-shoot them on)
