In the year 2271, deep in space... there existed a powerful empire known as the Covenant. The Covenant was an empire that was a collective, ruled by the Prophets, they and their servants conquered races and incorporated them into their system. The Covenant had long gone on as this.
However, this particular year was host to a great heretic rising in the Covenant, like none known before. It had been building up for years, tensions rising rapidly, until under a great heretic leader, a large group escaped from the Covenant, nearly being destroyed.
His title was an insignificant one. He was a lesser Prophet, of the Mercy order. He, like most Prophets, worked his way slowly up the system, hoping to achieve power and greatness.
However, from chance events, he contracted a virus. A unique virus. This virus slowly and meticulously worked its way through his DNA, changing it ever so slowly.
He was able to keep his infection, in earlier stages. hidden from his brethren, but as the infection progressed it began to manifest itself more and more. His physical appearance began to warp out of the norm for his race. His skin became more harsh and thick. His delicate body grew stronger and stronger, his body becoming much stronger then it could ever have become without the virus’ work. His senses improved greatly, along with his reaction time. However, with all these so called “ups”, his own mind began to seep slowly into insanity, psychosis often setting in his mind. His eyes would often also bleed, weeping tears of blood.
Many prophets began to question him among themselves behind his back once the knowledge of his condition set in.
As he worked his way up the ranks through both political and physical strife, he began to accumulate, every so slowly, a cult behind him, members of the races of the Covenant worshipping him as a divine personified. This was soon brought to full flare as the final stage of his infection came to be: his eyes turning a pale yellow and his pupils becoming fire red. The Prophet, wielding his ever growing religious mystique, boldly attempted to take over the Covenant in its entirety, his religion sweeping to take over the Covenant's masses. He claimed that with his eyes he could peer into the depths of Slipspace, see into that dimension through which vessels cut into for faster interstellar travel.
However, the Covenant’s might proved to be higher then his cult. His heretics met the Covenant’s forces in Battle, but were defeated by shear overwhelming numbers. Fleeing into space, he and his cult escaped into Slipspace, disappearing, likely forever.
But it was not to be. The cult indeed escaped the Covenant. The Prophet declared himself the ‘High Prophet of the Ether’, his cult followed him along a strange path of Slipspace, one he said he could only see, following the ‘path of god’. They, after many months of travel, they arrived at this star system. All that existed was three planets, void of sentient life forms. Mineral scans resulted in a detectable small, but yet usable amount of natural resources on the planet.
“Oh High Prophet, why this planet?” his cultists asked, “Why this planet of all of the planets in the Galaxy?” This the Prophet only smiled with sinister glee. The Slipspace had lead him to his strange system, unique. Setting up base on the most life filled planet in system, which he named Usul, He order excavations of parts of the planet’s surface, befuddling many of those beneath him. “Oh High Prophet, why do you give us these tasks?” they asked again. Again the Prophet only smiled, and eventually excavations lead to evidence: Forerunner technology. “This planet, swallowed in unique Slipspace currents, a veritable fortress against Slipspace paths, was home to the gods!” the High Prophet of Ether declared. Excavations continued at a slow pace, as areas of the planet were made more apt for inhabitance. The largest city on the planet, sitting on a large craggy island, became the capital of Usul, and of the entire system. The High Prophet of Ether named it Usulat.
The High Prophet of Ether declared the path into system to be findable only by his power, and that his ‘High Covenant’ could rally their power here, preparing to destroy and assimilate the Covenant.

Nearly three centuries later however, chance events led to the discovery of the path, by a most unlikely event.
The year was 2552, for 27 years the Covenant had been at war with humanity. This year marked the Fall of Reach, the defeat of humanity’s final stronghold. However, the ship known as the Pillar of Autumn, carrying the enhanced armor wearing SPARTAN-II soldier known as John- 117, the Master Chief, managed to escape Reach, and through slipspace managed to arrive at the Forerunner artifact which they called Halo. Through Master Chief’s heroics, he was able to destroy theHalo, the Covenant there, and the infectious race known as the Flood. Master Chief and a few marines managed to escape Halo, and leading the remaining Spartans to destroy a large portion of the Covenant fleet.
It is believed that this group of Spartans however, were the only Spartans created. They were the only ones made under the Spartan-II project, and indeed the second generation of Spartan-IIs were killed at the Fall of Reach. But the whole government had not been unilateral in support of Doctor Catherine Hasley’s project, and one group even tried to mimic it when it was halfway through development, hoping to produce the same super soldiers Hasley looked to create.
Began almost six years years after the Spartan project, the branch codenamed it “Echo”. Its purpose was to imitate the Spartan-II project competely, however, the branch had insufficient knowledge of many details of the Spartan-II project. Though the project included over twice the amount of children of the Spartan-II project’s, the head of the project, General Towoa Klakrien, knew not of the genetic markers important to the project’s success. Over two hundred children were kidnapped out of their homes for the project at the young age of six, regardless of genetic markers.
The end result was that even in earlier stages, there was loss of life among subjects, bodies while strong not able to keep up with the grueling training. The modification end of the project was a near total failure, while nearly three times the personnel were enhanced in the Echoes Spartan project then the Spartan-II project, there was much greater loss of life in the Echoes project. The word of the project got out, however, and project was taken over by Naval Intelligence. General Towoa Klakrien was charged with many major crimes, was convicted, and was duly executed shortly after.
The Echoes Spartan project was then to be terminated, along with all subjects. However, by now the Spartan-II project’s results, the Spartans, had successfully completed several missions, showing that they were truly elite. So while the Naval Intelligence began the training of the second generation of SPARTAN-IIs, they began the continuation of the Echoes Spartan project, taking the data from the Spartan-II project to work on the Echoes project. After several more years, with modified training procedures conducted on frontier base planet known as Garrison, the surviving Echoes Spartans were brought up to a level nearly at the Spartan-IIs. And the time of the project’s completion couldn’t have been better: It was now 2552, and with nearly all of the Spartan-IIs dead, humanity could use a new generation of heroes to help against the Covenant threat.
However, fate intervened.
Shortly after the arrival of MJOLNIR V armor at Garrison, it came under Covenant attack. The Spartans along with several Marine units, taking a couple Pelican-class Troop Carriers, escaped the destruction of Garrison by traveling to the modified Marathon-class UNSC cruiser ‘Baltimore’ that was sitting in high orbit above Garrison.
The Baltimore, captained by Captain Lionel Sanders, was able to barely escape destruction, and, following the Cole Protocol, prepared to perform a random Slipspace jump away from human space. However, just as they entered slipspace, they were hit by a plasma fire from Covenant ships. The fire completely destroyed the ship’s navigation core, and sent the ship reeling into slipspace, completely distorting the ship’s navigation.
The ship was lurched about slipspace, on a crazy course of paths. Navigation had been so damaged that it was impossible to take the ship out of slipspace without totally shutting down the damaged Shaw-Fujikawa translight generators, which would without doubt totally destroy the ship. The entire crew went to into cryogenic freezing, leaving the ship’s AI, a ‘stupid’ AI known as Mir, in charge during travel.
After a few months, they had arrived at the random destination that had been forced upon the computer due to the Covenant assault damaging the navigation system. Three hours before arrival, Mir began to awake crew members and the Spartans from cryo-sleep. Unfortunately, parts of the Cryogenic system had been damaged, and it looked that it might take awhile to recover several of the Spartan’s from cryo-sleep. The ship lurched into the system from Slipspace, then buckled as it was sucked into the gravity well of a planet. Mir and Captain Sanders were able to modify the ship’s path to minimize the crash damage, but they had not enough time to escape orbit. The Baltimore impacted on the planet’s surface, sending people inside the ship reeling.
For several hours the Baltimore remained dark, until crewmembers could reactivate the ship’s main reactors. When they were activated, light filled the ship, firmly laying in the middle of a lush rain forest.
A few checks showed heavy damage to the ship. The ship’s engines to be severely damaged. Several of the Ship’s missile tubes were now underground, but luckily none of the missiles had exploded in their tubes. The ship’s MAC gun was totally demolished, a stream of debris lying behind the ship’s crash slide. The ship’s Shaw-Fujikawa translight generator was intact, but in need of heavy repairs. All in all, they were stranded.
However, matters were suddenly made a lot more complicated by strange communication signals in system. It however only took a few moments of analyzing to solidify their fears: the voices were those of Covenant races. They had crash landed on a Covenant planet, which the translated transmissions called ‘Usul’...

Welcome to my brainchild! This first installment of the RPG is called Halo: Reverberation, and I hope you enjoy it! It is placed shortly after the events of the game Halo: Combat Evolved and just before Halo 2. This RPG is meant both to be fun and tell an epic tale. In no way, please, try to mess up the plotline. There is a plot intended, hence why some of the rules are in place for this opening part of the RPG for now. I am sorry to have bombarded you with such a long back story, but as I said, this RPG is about telling a tale! This is a chance for you to make a part in our epic tale! Now, for some 'basic' notes on some things so you know: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ THE ‘HIGH COVENANT’ DETAILS.Seeing as how the ‘ High Covenant’ has been separate from the Covenant for several hundred years, its internal workings are different. That is not to say they have not had contact with the Covenant during this time. The High Prophet maintains several spies in the old Covenant who give information on events and technology to him. At the top of the Hierarchy is the High Prophet of the Ether, a strange Prophet who’s strength and reactions has been enhanced by an unusual infection. The Prophet is the supreme leader of the High Covenant, above all, unquestioned. He is to his lessers a living god. He doesn’t age, due to his infection, those his mind readily deteriorates from the virus. He is prone often to streaks of Psychotic rage. He is also able to, through eyes (yellow tinted with red pupils) able to see into slipspace, the swirling dimension that is used the path for traveling between stars. He discovered the star system Usare using this power, able to see the chance path in and out of system through Foldspace. Without using that path, the only way to enter or leave the system by Foldspace is to spend hundreds of years moving slowly through slipspace. He resides in his capital, Usulat, on planet Usul. It is not known what the full extent or his abilities, physically or metaphysically. Beneath him is the High Council. The High Council is made up of two of each race represented in the High Covenant, and serve as the High Prophet’s advisors. It is an extreme honor to serve as the High Prophet’s council, and those that the High Prophet chooses always accept with the happiness of serving their god. However, it has come to past that the High Prophet has unleashed his wrath occasionally on council members, and it is not an uncommon occurrence when council members leave their positions from death by his hands rather then retirement. His followers never question him about him, however, they say that they angered god. Several races make up the High Covenant. The cannon fodder race of the High Covenant are the Unggoy, known by humans simply as Grunts. Their separation has little to change their body structure; however, they had some changes in armor. They have a small piece of armor covering their pelvis, to cover that open spot. While the old rank colorations are the same (Orange are Grunt minors, the basic trooper. Red armored Grunts are Veterans, Black armored are Special-Ops Grunts, Green are Gunners, and White are a varied group), there are some additions. Gold Armored Grunts are members of the Honor Guard. the best of all the Grunts who are chosen to be part of the Prophets Honor Guard, who both protect him and serve as his commanders in battle. The High Council Grunts wear the Honor Guard armor but with a gold helm on his head. The scout and assassin race of the High Covenant are the Kig-Yar, known by humans simply as Jackals. They too are physically much the same, and even their armor bears most of the features as the normal Covenant Jackal armor. However, some wear grey helmets for some better defense. The ranks are principally the same as they were in the old Covenant (Jackal minors, are the general infantry, and carry blue colored shields. Jackal Majors are better infantry and carry orange shields. Sniper Jackals carry no shield and use Covenant Sniper Rifles), with the additions of the Honor Guard and High Council members in the same manner and armor coloration as the Grunts. The heavily armored race, the Lekgolo, known as the Hunters by humans, are basically walking tanks. Their armor is exactly the same as the Hunters’ in the Covenants’ are, following their strong heritage. Honor Guard’s only different armor wise is a yellow eye insignia on their shield (Council members’ eye insignia is red). Honor Guard members sometimes wield instead of a fuel rod gun a larger version of the standard Energy Sword. The Sangheili, or Elites as the humans know them, form the backbone of the Covenant military. There is no difference armor wise in basic Elites from their old Covenant counterparts. Coloration wise there are several differences (Blue armored Elites are Elite minors, the foot soldiers. Red armored elites are Elite majors, veterans. Black and White armored Elites are Special Ops Elites. Gray and Light Blue Elites are Infiltrators, and often use camouflage generators. Elite Rangers use anti-gravity thrusters in combat.) The Honor Guard in the High Covenant Elites take up the rank of the old Gold armor elites, making it so the Honor Guard are the Elite Zealots and Ship Masters. Honor Guard members often wear slightly more armor in the lower Pelvis region, additionally. Some Elites Guard use an archaic variation of their shielding called “Tri-Overlap Shielding” instead of using a full body shield. The TO Shields are essentially three small shields that bear much in common to the Jackal shield. They can be used for battering opponents, or just to block fire. Some Honor Guard wear TO Shields on both arms, which can be very deadly if the Elite wields an energy sword. High Council members look identical to Honor guard in armor, except that they have a red eye tattooed on their chest. The Hunagok, or Engineers, are the silent non-combatant technological race of the High Covenant. They bear no difference at all one individual to another, and lack any rank. Even the High Council members look no different from any other Engineer.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ DATA ON THE BALTMORE AND ITS CREW/ PERSONELL.Captain Lionel Sanders is the captain of the UNSC vessel the ‘Baltimore’. He is 48 years old. He has quite a bit of history in the captaining of UNSC vessels, but the Baltimore is the first cruiser has ever captained. It is rumored that he may have once had Navy Intelligence background. Mir is the name of the Baltimore’s ship AI. Mir is a ‘stupid” AI, meaning she has set limits in her cognitive matrix, unlike the limitlessness of a ‘smart’ AI’s. Mir is an elegant looking woman in appearance of a black armored Valkyrie. She is very calm and intelligent, though ironically despite her appearance, ignorant towards the concepts of human emotion. She is a master at decoding and interpreting Covenant transmissions. The Echo Spartans are the Spartans that were created under the late General Towoa Klakrien to try to copy the SPARTAN-II program. These Spartans do not have the exactly appropriate genetics of the Spartan-IIs, but they are close and have proven to be, above anything, survivors. Unfortunately, when the Baltimore crash landed, several portions of the Spartan’s cryogenic freezing area were damaged, making it so several Spartans are at this time unable to be recovered from Cryogenic stasis until sufficient repairs are completed. Spartans often have fairly low ranks. The Baltimore is a Marathon- class cruiser, a class that is one thirds bigger then the Halycon- class (like Pillar of Autumn). The Baltimore was made mainly as a heavy troop transport. The ship carries ten Pelican-class transports, and has many marine-use heavy vehicles on board. The Baltimore is currently crashed on in the jungles Usul. The Baltimore has some unusual restricted areas to which no one has access to. This is your best friend. Use it.

RULES/ DETAILS
1) Listen to the GM
There is currently one GM, yours truly. Why? As I’ve said often over AIM, this is my baby, and I am babysitting its plot at least in the beginning. Do not ask to be a GM, that will likely turn me off even more from making you one.
2) No 'god-moding'
Even though much of the enemy is GM-controlled NPCs initially, please do not god mod. You merely make things more difficult for me plot wise. And lets face it folks, if your character gets in too deep a hole, there is a chance he/ she may die. Its sad but true. Use common sense. And if you are about to die, you can always make a martyr of yourself to save other characters, as always.
3) Please, please PLEASE write eloquently.
Please use proper grammar, spelling. Be intelligent with your posts. You don’t have to make it MONSTER but please make it decent enough that it has a story feel. You may use any format of RPing otherwise, but I’d prefer in a more novel format (Normal text for normal narrative, italics for thoughts, quotations for speaking), but it overall doesn’t matter that much. Make sure to keep in your own character too.
4) If I say something in your post goes against storyline/ jeopardizes certain things in the RPG (such as making certain NPCs/ PCs go against character), you are subject to change your post.
This is a very storyline driven RPG, and filled with many varied NPCs. Keep this in mind at all times, and make sure you read EVERY POST so as to not be contrary. Don’t take offense to changes, just roll with it.
5) One character only, initially.
Just for starts, people. I’m trying to keep it orderly at the beginning. You can create some NPCs to interact with, as long as they aren’t Spartans or so it makes a person overload on the ship.
6) Have Fun!
Because fun is good. At least I think it is... give another month to contemplate this rule so the RPG can start....
... what? Is there a problem with that?

Name:
Race: HUMAN ONLY AS OF NOW
Age: (Spartans must be around 29 years old)
Gender: (Yeah.)
Rank: (Do not be extreme. Spartans have fairly low ranks if you make a Spartan character.)
Physical Appearance: What your character looks like on the outside.
Personality, History, Bio: What your character looks like in the inside, along with his/ her back story.
Specialization: Most people are especially good at something. List your characters’ especially good skill.
Here's an example using good old Sarge. Won't be in the RPG in form, but in spirit, there is a little bit of Sarge in all of us.
Name: Avery J. Johnson
Race: Human
Age: 40+ (assumed)
Gender: Male
Rank: Gunnery Seargant
Physical Appearance: A gruff looking man, seldom is he seen without a cigar. His face and skin is dark from combat and nature. He wears standard marine armor over white, and wears a UNSC cap. He is often seen smoking a cigar.
Personality, History, Bio: Whatever the grizzly details of Sgt. Johnson's current reputation, he has certainly earned it. And, if you have anything to say, you had better be well out of boot range when you do.
Several things characterize Johnson's known career thus far: his bad-ass command style, addiction to Flip music (a descendant of old Earth "Metal"), and his apparent infection and subsequent death at the hands of the Flood, as recorded on the headset of the late Pvt. Jenkins.
Unable to harmonize with and thereby commandeer his nervous system, due to its erratic behaviour as a symptom of Boren's Syndrome (p.243, FS), the Flood simply passed him over. The only apparent trace of his pseudo-infection are bits of dead, non-infectious Flood DNA, from which some intact gene fragments have given him a kind of regenerative ability.
Unlike many other members of the Human military, Johnson holds no grudges or prejudices against the "freakish" SPARTANS. He is motivated by an absolute hatred for the Covenant, and he'll need all the mop-up crew he can muster to follow in his wake.
Specialization: Kicking your ass. He is physically quite strong for a Marine, and is a master of many UNSC weapons. He is one of the best non Spartan soldiers in all of the UNSC.

Race: Human
Age: 30
Gender: Male
Rank: Leuitenant
Physical Appearance: Man of moderate height, gruff beard, dark brown hair, brown eyes, and wears a "brain sponge" bucket hat when not flying.
Personality, History, Bio: A smartass fighter-jock who's specialty is Longsworde Fighters that has the callsign of "Gojira," he joined the war effort twelve years earlier, and just resently he was reassigned as a pilot on the planet Garrison.
After piloting the Longsworde for five years, he was reassigned to the planet Garrison due to lack of pilots. While under Covenant attack, he took it upon himself to take a Pelican and transport the Spartans to the Baltimore.
As well as being a top-notch fighter ace, he is also an excellent sharpshooter with the pistol. When he's not flying or chilling in the cafeteria, he can be found tuning his skills in the ship's shooting range.
He was just as confused as anyone when his ship fell out of Slipspace and crashed on the alien planet. The first thing he did was load his pistol and prepped his Pelican. He knew some bad junk was going to go down.
Specialization: Pelican and Longsworde Pilot and pistol marksman. He carries two M6C's, ready to fire at a moment's notice.

Name: Ryan Corwin Race: Human Age: 23 Gender: Male Rank: Lance Corporal Physical Appearance: Light skin, light brown hair, blue eyes. About average height, but a bit more muscluar than most.
Personality, History, Bio:
There isn't too much to say about Lance Corporal Corwin. Born and raised on Earth, and eventually joined up with the USNC Marine Corps to help fight back against the Covenant. During basic, he proved to have a natural talent for handling explosive munitions, such as rocket launchers and grenades, and was given additional training to handle the most devastating heavy weapons in the human arsenal. He also excells at using charges, mines and other such explosives for demolition work.
He's had a rather underwhelming record so far, not really having proved himself in a major battle yet. He takes up most opportunities to bitch about his backwater assignments with his squadmates.
Of course, the situation he's in now is entirely different, and it remains to be seen just how he will handle this desperate situation.
Specialization: Heavy Weapons and Demolitions expert. If it explodes, he knows how to use it.

Name: Glenn Rindge
Race: Human
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Rank: Specialist
Physical Appearance: Glenn stands at about 6 feet tall, with a built body. He has jet black hair, slicked back, with a defined face. He has intense blue eyes, and a scar on his lip.
Personality, History, Bio: Glenn was born and raised by his parents who were also in the military. Moving from place to place, he never really grew attached to anyone but his parents. As an only child, he would make temporary friends, but never any signifigant ones. At the age of 18, he enlisted himself, and began basic training. During this time, his parents were both killed by a high ranking Hunter. Glenn hates the Covenant, without a doubt, but he despises Hunters most.
Glenn never really conveys any emotion, but is usually kind.He will not open up his feelings to anyone. He is thought of as a time bomb, just waiting to go off.
It seems this latest incident only takes time off until his detonation. With his hatred for the Covenant only building, he struggles with his inner demons, who push him to do something rash.
Specialization: Dual pistols. He has trained himself in the way of the gun kata, a system which emphasises probablity of location of enemies while the shooter either moves or remains staitionary. He is specialized at dealing with multiple opponents, though he can function as a normal soldier.

Race: Human
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Rank: Private
Physical Appearance: Pale skin, green eyes, short red hair, fairly bland featues.
Personality, History, Bio: One of many children kidnapped for the Echoes Spartan project, Finch is one of the more unusual members of the batch. While he is more than willing to fight the Covenant, he prefers stealth to confrontation and, if it is practical, will prefer to keep his foes alive rather than kill them; any opponent he knocks out will find themselves unarmed however. His preference for sneaking has made him a valuable sniper/scout, but he has been practicing to make himself proficient with a Sub-machinegun. Another of his quirks is his fondness for Covenant Plasma Pistols. If he finds a Plasma Pistol with a decent charge, he will pick it up and use it instead of his standard issue weapons until it runs out of charge. His common use of the weapon's overcharge has earned his the nickname "Jackal" among his squadmates.

Name: Echoes Spartan-316 "Gabriel"
Race: Human
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Rank: Staff Sergeant
Physical Appearance: Pale skin, blue eyes, short brown hair, fairly bland featues.
Personality, History, Bio: One of many children kidnapped for the Echoes Spartan project, Gabriel is possibly one of their greatest assets. Gabriel has no regard for his own life, but isn't a berserker in the normal sense of the word. Gabriel instead thrives in a state of chaos, and enjoys creating it just as much as he enjoys manipulating it. He even has a somewhat offbeat sense of humor when it comes to it, and can be described as "sadistic if he wasn't so damn funny". His name, along with his almost godlike ability to manipulate circumstances, come out of battles nearly unscathed, and..."reach out and touch somebody" as he calls it, has earned him the nickname "Archangel". He generally excels with the anti-personnel shotgun, though when distance is called for, he prefers the standard Battle Rifle, despite training with the older Assault Rifle.
There are even some reports of him quite literally crying when they took his Assault Rifle away.
As everybody knows the story of the Master Chief, most people look to Gabriel as a possible successor to him, though Gabriel is by this time sick and tired of hearing about him. It's probably one reason he immerses himself into his personal chaotic realm any chance he gets.
And, of course, he can turn just about anything into his personal chaotic realm with the sound of a shotgun blast.
Specialization: Assault, enemy disruption, blowing things up...Covenant-shaped things...

Spartan Unit 534 "Sarge" Age: 28 Rank: Chief Petty Officer (Spartans use naval ranks) Appereance: Rarely shows his face, it is a shaved pale white head with green eyes. Personal history:
Unit 534 is a withdrawn person. He is very introverted and has buried some serious psychological issues with intense reading and training, always keeping his mind busy and off his own problems. This is undoubtedly unhealthy . Most of his time is spent in simulators training and has proven a ruthless and unemotional killer of covenant. His enjoyments outside of fighting are reading books on philosophy and shakespeare as well as a sweet tooth for pie. He follows superiors orders to the mark and does not tolerate incompetance. His mentality is always first in and last out of a combat zone, he has very little thought of the value of his own life and would not hesitate to throw his own away if he thought it best for the unit. His cold indifference has lead many of the soldiers under his command to fear him, but his determination to the cause and bravery have also caused them to respect him. Name: Vincent Alejandro Deimos
Race: Human
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Rank: Warrant Officer
Physical Appearance: About average in height and build. Has an olive skin tone, dark brown hair and brown eyes. There is a large scar on his right thigh.
Personality, History, Bio: The child of two University professors, Vince was born on Sigma Octanus IV in 2527. Somewhat ignored as a child, he grew up to resent his parents and their careers. At age 20 he dropped out of college and joined the UNSC.
After being promoted to Warrant Officer nine months ago, Vincent was reassigned to The Baltimore as a Tactical Data Analyst on the bridge. One of the more intellectual members of the ship's crew, Vince finds what little is known about the Covenant's society facinating. Some believe this is a weakness in his character, thinking of him as an enemy sympathizer.
Just before the Covenant attack on Garrison, Vincent put in for a transfer to the Office of Naval Intelligence. He has not yet received a response and, if he doesn't survive this, probably never will.
Specialization: Has an intimate knowledge of computer and weapons technology, both Human and Covenant, is an expert Hacker, and a skilled data analyst.
