Now for Aries's new girl.
*Note: This information is meant for after Raine buys her MS Trooper armor, since she hasn't yet.* Name: Raine Nicosia Age: 16 Sex: Female Hair Color & Style: Black, swept back, cut about mid-neck level Eye Color: Dark red Height: 5'10" Weight: 127lbs Race: Human Newtype Armor Name: RX-78GP01Fb Gundam Zephyranthes Fb Armor Type: Exosuit Armaments: 2x 60mm vulcan gun, fire-linked, mounted in head; 2x beam saber; XBR-BOWA M-82A beam rifle, power rated at 1.5 MW, powered by replaceable e-pac, with mounted "jitte" beam saber blocking unit, 2 spare e-pacs stored in shield; XBR-L83D beam rifle, power rated at 2.2 MW, powered by rechargeable energy cap; shield Favorite Weapon: Beam Rifle, Beam Saber Likes: Julius Whistler, motorcycles, her own freedom, the Corsica Grenadiers biker gang, cigarettes Dislikes: Samantha Piper, the UEG, the AOL, Yamato, authority figures Theme Song: "Everybody's Fool" by Evanescence Background/Bio: The world is a vampire... Raine Nicosia is a part of the first generation to be affected by the Yamato Corporation's fallout.
Her father was Emmanuel Nicosia, from Earth. But her mother, one of the biggest factors in her life, was Gina Nicosia, from the Colonies, a Newtype...and one of the Yamato Corporation's many MS Trooper captains. Raine was raised during Yamato's glory days, the days of Cho Sonchiro, and the pay and benefits Gina brought home to her family despite the risk to her life made her daughter's childhood a paradise.
Then it went supernova when she turned thirteen.
After Sonchiro's death, suddenly those benefits and support vanished, and the family found that it had nothing left to burn. Worse, suddenly there were warrants out for Gina's arrest from both the Colonial and Earth governments. Emmanuel valiantly tried to rescue the family, but before long, his efforts turned futile.
Faced with the horror of life without the company she had worked for, Gina Nicosia committed suicide. Emmanuel, already under a great deal of pressure trying to provide for his family, snapped upon finding her after she overdosed on painkillers, and drove a truck full of explosives into a UEG military base on a suicide mission, killing over three hundred soldiers.
Suddenly orphaned, and sickeningly old enough to realize exactly what was going on, Raine watched every second of her mother's death and her father's insanity.
A neutral charity group found her four months after her father's death, filthy, ragged, eating out of the garbage...they cleaned her up as best they could, and presented her to a foster home on the Corsica Colony and much-needed psychological counseling. But by fourteen, it was obvious, especially to Raine herself, that she would never, never be that happy little girl ever again, a girl whose happiness had been built on the suffering of others. But rather than hate herself, she chose to hate the world that put her in this position.
She started rebelling against everything, and villified her foster parents. She never finished high school, but by fourteen, did complete a general equivalency degree...with a completely perfect score. By fifteen, she fell in with a biker gang called the "Corsica Grenadiers", a group of motorcycle afficianados with some anarchist philosophies and paramilitary leanings. Two months later, she ran away from home, and stole her first motorcycle. She lives full-time with the Corsica Grenadiers, wandering like a gypsy.
Raine is a frequent customer of Julius Whistler's repair shop, and hangs out with him quite often. Though he does lecture her every now and then, she even looks at him somewhat romantically, he being one of the few people she can actually open up to. She feels she can relate to him, given how he was orphaned at a young age too, when his tribe was attacked by Hunters, then fell in with a more military group, the Neo-Shogi Tai, afterwards. She knows quite well the Neo-Shogi Tai's fate, and has sworn that she will never let that happen to the Grenadiers.
Even if it means she must become an MS Trooper herself. She is still trying to work up the money to buy her own set of MS Trooper armor, mostly by helping in Whistler's shop as an assistant.
What she doesn't know about is Whistler's connections to AOLID, or his girlfriend, Samantha Piper. Whistler, of course, has already informed Colonial Intelligence about the fate of Gina Nicosia, and her daughter.
Colonial Intelligence, spread thin helping the UEG tying up renegade MS Troopers, is considering...tapping her...

Squadron Name: Titan Unit Function: Heavy Combat Unit Armour: Variable
Background/Bio: An all android fighting squadron based on the original Tower robotic unit, this heavily armed combat force was designed to outmuscle and overwhelm its targets with brute force. Partially an homage to the original android, partially a testbed in the advancement of robotics, the Titan Unit is composed of mass produced Tower Mk. II units, soldiers capable of going into combat with or without MS Trooper armour. Each individual is equipped with its own AI, allowing them to function as a seperate unit from each other. At the same time, when necessary, a single unit may be assigned to control portions of the force via remote link, allowing for better direction during operations.
***
BOSS CHARACTER
Name: Goliath (aka. Tower Mk. III)
Age: 1
Sex: Male
Hair Color & Style: None
Eye Color: Red
Height: 7' 4"
Weight: 415lbs
Race: Android
Armour Name: GX-9901-DX Gundam Double X
Armour Type: Exo Suit
Armaments: 1x Twin Satellite Cannon, 2x Hyper Beam Sword, 2x Breast Launcher, 2x Vulcan Gun, 1x Defense Palette Shield, 1x Buster Rifle, 1x G Hammer
Other Armaments: Retractable Claws (built-in melee weapons on his forearms), Capture Coils (built-in weapons on his hands)
Favourite Weapon: His own fists
Theme(s): Dark Intentions
Background/Bio: Iron Golem... The third android model of the Tower series, and the most advanced unit thus far, Goliath serves as the singular command drone for the Titan Unit. A massive giant like his predecessors, he is as cold and emotionless as he is strong and intimidating. Unlike the other Tower units before him, Goliath has a more robotic appearance, with virtually no hint of human 'skin' whatsoever. As such, Goliath stands out in a crowd far more than the rest of the Titan Unit, though considering the role and function he plays, such trivial appearances are absolutely unnecessary (as if being a 7 foot giant is even normal to begin with).
In spite of his lack of any sort of personality whatsoever, Goliath is still an efficient tactical machine. His AI programming allows him not only free thought, but also creativity and adaptivity while carrying out his missions to his fullest of abilities. The armour of choice is the Gundam Double X, an exo suit of strength and firepower. Aside from strong, conventional weapons, Goliath also boasts great firepower through his twin satellite cannon. Unlike the satellite cannon that is used by the Gundam X, Goliath can collect energy through his own Titan Unit, gathering power through the microwave fins, and deliver a powerful blast of destruction.
Currently, Goliath and the Titan Unit are serving as bodyguards and sentries for his leader. The Unit is currently on standby, awaiting orders for their next assignment.

i have a few questions - dispite not knowing what happened in the previous story, is it possible to use a Bioweapon...thingy?
- I have some theories for a custom armor, the problem is i don't have a picture yet...erm...what do i do?
- what exactly, if anything HAS transpired in the IC thread, other then the story i've read here in the OOC

1) As always, come up with your bio first, and let us worry whether you can use a bioweapon or not. Remember, a bioweapon is a gentically altered human being with distinct physical features (most of the time, animals).
2) For the most part, the custom armour design, as mentioned, refers to the mech of your own creation, rather than one that exists. For armour type, what we really need in that case is a description of how that one works. So in the case of the former, best you get some help designing that armour; otherwise, until I discuss this further, the safest bet is to go with an existing mech.
3) For the most part, the IC thread can be summed up i a single nutshell: everyone thus far is introduced, and one of the boss characters, Kyte, has attacked Yamiko/Zero, and attacked Yumi and WeiLi. Though it looks like alot of posts, it's really mostly filler.

Name: Qual Wülfe Age: Appearing about 17 or 18, his genetic age is about 8 or 9 Sex: Male Hair Color & Style: Blue died a dark chocolate brown, mid length Eye Color: Naturally gold, gray contacts cover this Height: 6'5'' Weight: 270 lbs Race: Bioweapon Armor: Quantum Morpher Armor Type: KAT-07QM "Steel Angel" (i'll have a pic soon) Armaments: The Armor is rather versitile, letting him use anything he wishes, or has around him. Fixed armament is a pair of attach tonfa like blades Favorite Weapon: the tonfa like blades Likes: Company Dislikes: Corruption Background/Bio: One of Yamato's Bioweapon experiments, he himself has little recolection of what happened 8 years ago to himself personally. A tall, atractive, germanic sounding young man, the extra weight comes from the double pair of bird like wings on his back, a steel grey in color. He's stronger, faster, and more agile then most, but he isn't the best of course. His forced adaptation has given him some talents, which include his armor and how its used. The KAT-07QM, or "Steel Angel" as he calls it (Sometimes "Stahl Engel" which is the same thing), is a Quantum Morpher, a theory now proven useful and applicable to MS Troopers through him. The Morpher is litterally intergrated into the owners DNA, and so long as the owner, such as Qual, is able to some how alter how atoms move, react, vibrate etc, the Armor can be used. After many failed test subject, Qual was litterally "Built" to be able to control such quantum mechanics by his own whim. The armor is activated by his own thought and, the state of the atoms around him change, forming the armor plating, and occasionally melee combat weapons, such as Qual's tonfa blades or other parts. However, as experiments go, he is far from perfect. Qual's weaknesses include, high energy exposure such as extended beam weapon contact, or radiation, and a small but annoying iritation to heat. When seen through heat sensative detection, his body appears to dip in temperature, as if he was cold blooded, but not quite. A both useful and hindering thing that tends to happen is the fact he will occasionally, hardly on purpose, "tunnel" through solids, usually during stressful situations when the atoms are vibrating at extremely high rates. (I know i don't have a picture, i'm working on it...it should be a cross between the GX-9900, XXXG-00W0 kai, and with of course, the tonfa blades...also, the tech is somewhat like DG cells, just a million times toned down, and not at all over powering) Name: Arythe Zangood Age: 17 Sex: Female Hair Light brown hair, short and wavy above the shoulders Eye Color: Dark Rose Height: 5'8'' Weight: "Psha!" ...she won't say >.> Race: Cyborg Armor: Integrated Armor Type: XXXG-01W Kai "Wing Gundam Custom" Armaments: 2 x machinecannon, fire-linked, mounted in torso; 2 x vulcan gun, fire-linked, mounted in head; 2 x beam saber, stored in recharge racks in shield, hand-carried in use, shield, buster rifle, 3 shot charge Favorite Weapon: Monkey Wrench.......don't ask Likes: Crazy situatuations Dislikes: Depends Background/Bio: This, spunky little trooper is bi polor unfortuently. However it usually leads to sometimes hillarious antics carried out by her either to her "friends" or foes. When she isnt usuing her Armor to defend herself, or destroy stuff, she's doing it with a rather oversized monkey wrench...just...be careful is the best advise one can give

As far as I'm concerned, the MS Girl herself is fine and can be played. With Qual himself, however, I either speak to him, or I leave that up to MR to decide.

(Boss Character data updated to reflect recent events.)
* * *
Cyb's Boss Character #1
Name: Raidou Reeds Age: Unknown, seemingly 28-31ish Gender: Male Hair Color and Style: White, long and flowing --- but there's only half of it on him Eye Color: Pink Height: 6'1 Weight: Unknown Race: Human/Humanoid Bioweapon Armor: None Armor Type: None Armaments: None Special Systems: Regenerative Nanotechnology, also contains slight Morpher properties Favorite Weapon: Martial Arts Likes: Unknown Dislikes: Unknown
The Forgotten Frontiersman of the War of Ages Raidou Reeds was once the UEG's most brilliant scientist --- eight years ago --- and had been the leading expert in biotechnology and dynamic cell transformations before Yamato had gotten their hands on it. Not much had been known about Raidou's past before his years working for the UEG as a researcher; it had been suspected that Raidou's file, and everything else about his past, was deleted by the UEG to protect his and the UEG's interests against the AOLID before the war. It had also been known that Raidou once had a wife and daughter before the war, and that both had indeed died five years before the April Fools Massacre due to undisclosed circumstances. It never seemed Raidou ever recovered from his loss, or that he ever had a chance to...
It had been Raidou who was instrumental in bringing Morpher technology into the UEG armed forces for their own MS Troopers and Officers, and before the April Fools Massacre he had been working on an experimental 'Regenerative Nanocell' that could self-duplicate and regenerate any MS Trooper armor from any form of damage --- in time, Raidou had once boasted, it would even be capable of complete self-evolution! However, in the latter stages of the war and with the First Hunter, Fuunsaiki, being successfully pushed onto the battlefield by the UEG, Raidou found himself working against time and the UEG's Hunters Research in the latter days of the war.
It was perhaps because of this, and that his own funding was cut and granted to the Hunters researchers, that Raidou Reeds seemingly went insane one day. Locking down the facility he was in, killing everyone and using them (and himself) as his own private guinea pigs for his almost-finished Nanocell technology, Raidou was eventually stopped, in the one incident they had actually participated together against, by the UEG's elite 'Ace Corps' (subsequent file of this action has been officially removed from UEG databases). Raidou was killed, seemingly atomized, and all his experiments --- save one --- were destroyed likewise.
After the Massacre, parts of Raidou's research that could be recovered would be discovered by Yamato and implemented, ultimately, into Kyte Soran's Pallas Athene armor.
Recently, it had been revealed that the Creature lurking the sewers in New York, preying for unknown reasons and all but a walking corpse of nanotechnology, was actually Raidou Reeds himself in half his flesh. It was still unknown how he had survived the Ace Corps and later the April Fools Massacre; the most likely explanation was that the Ace Corps were not thorough enough with Raidou himself and that his nanotechnology already had been developed to the point where Raidou could gradually reform himself. Eventually, Raidou's presence drew attention from the right sort, and he found himself pursued by both Yamato and a former Ace Corps member, Kally Lyedalla of the UEG. Yamato won, and managed to capture him...until his recent breakout, stronger and more functional thanks to absorbing Kyte's nanocell technology.
Where does Raidou go from here? What does he want? Nobody can know for sure save himself...

Also...
War of Ages Secret Disk #045 --- Historical Data Set #2: The Ace Corps
Despite its name, the Ace Corps existed within the UEG Ranks as more of a mark of society ranking than an actual military unit, although at the time when it existed the Ace Corps actually did become the pinnacle of military and accomplishment recognition within the UEG's armed forces. It was officially established by Field Marshal Gunther Van Helsing on September 7, NC1999, as a measure to increase troop morale on the Southwestern Front; eventually, the Ace Corps idea spread and encompassed achievements from all over the world and in space as well. As a mark of the elite, members of the Ace Corps had first preview of the newest UEG technologies and research, had first pick over troop transfers and assembly, and generally had first priority above all others when reinforcement calls were made; with this view, it was easy to see why the Ace Corps eventually became the envy of the UEG and the fear of the AOL forces at the time.
At the time of the April Fools Massacre, the Ace Corps had already encompassed most of the best and most famous ace MS Troopers and troop commanders in the UEG armed forces, the mark of the elite of the elite; as the war drew onto its last weeks, such faces could be seen in the Ace Corps as Hokuten commander Nebin Cybrionne and Hokuten ace Lieutenant Toshiro Kude, Avenger Unit commander Colonel Kamuri Kamishima, Special Operations ace Captain Jerid Albright, and last but not least the 'Violet Honeybee' herself, First Lieutenant Kally Lyedalla...
Despite the grouping, however, the Ace Corps generally were separate in operations, and its members remained scattered and with their own tour of duties all over the world. It was rumored that the Ace Corps had only seen and participated in one military action together in the last weeks of the War of Ages, against a classified but dangerous target, in what --- had it been made public --- would certainly have been the deadliest, worst and most attricious of battles ever known to the UEG short of the Massacre itself...

Funny you should post a boss character so soon, Cyb. But seeing as this has been long awaited, here we go... *** Player-made boss character rules. The moment you've all been waiting for, we promised that players would be able to create bosses, thus we will deliver. The rules that you must follow are outlined below: 1) Players must have three characters before creating a boss. 2) Bosses must contribute to the story. They do NOT exist just to give you an excuse to god mode. Whether or not your boss contributes is up to the GMs. If they disagree, you may try to change or convince us, but if we say no we mean no. Kicking and screaming won't change that. 3) Player-made bosses, unless said otherwise, are not stronger than GM bosses. The GM bosses are there for both the sake of the story, and as enforcers of the RPG. 4) Player made bosses can belong to any major faction, but may NOT side with player characters, at least not for now. Examples: Ryu's Clan, Yamato Remnants, Alliance, AoL, UEG 5) For now, there will be a limit to just ONE boss per player (other than GMs, of course). This is to keep the RPG under control, until deemed otherwise. 6) The GMs reserve the right to revoke boss status. If this happens, the character will either die, be sent down to NPC status or otherwise be removed from the story until further notice. 7) In the same way, the reverse can be true: a 'boss' isn't necessarily an entirely new character. It is possible to 'upgrade' a regular character to a boss if the story permits such a change in power and allegiance. Remember, however, that the definition of a boss is that it is a very powerful ENEMY. If you want your character to become a boss, he/she must have a good reason to turn against the others. 8) Even if you follow the guidelines, GMs still reserve the right to approve the boss character. So until we do give you that approval, be it completely new, or upgraded from player status, don't be playing that boss at all. Just because you made a boss doesn't necessarily mean you get to use one. Bosses are a privelidge, not a right. *** Explanation to the major factions as outlined on rule number 4 will follow.

BOSS CHARACTERName: Bryan Murdoch Age: 38 Sex: Male Hair Color & Style: Dark green, short and neatly cropped Eye Color: Hazel green Height: 6' 3" Weight: 210lbs Race: Cyborg Armour Name: Rose C'est la Vie of the Moon Armour Type: Integrated Armaments: -Lunar Swords (emitted from his fingertips; the beams can be fused together to become swords, or the energy can be discharged in the form of large red projectiles, the latter attack known as the Lunar Flash) -3x Moonlette (satellite units designed to gather energy from the atmosphere and send its discharge to the wearer itself; the added energy momentarily increases the power of the armour exponentially for a limited duration of time, and once one satellite is used, that satellite is destroyed) -J-Kaiser (the most powerful weapon in the armour's aresenal, the weapon fires a powerful beam of destructive energy capable of annihilating a fortress; firepower is further increased with four additional turrets (two on the torso, and two on the legs), and added energy from the moonlette discharge) Favourite Weapon: -Moonlettes Likes: The Alliance and what it (supposedly) stands for, cigarettes or cigars, flowers (and, no, he ain't gay ) Dislikes: Anything that could jeopardise the Alliance, 'passionless' people Background/Bio: The Alliance's First Line of Defence...General Bryan Murdoch is, at heart, a patriot, plain and simple. Born and bred from a line of military soldiers, Murdoch developed almost an instinct for war, and has proven himself amongst both the AOL and UEG as one of the most feared men to face in the battlefield. Though his allegiance and rank was from the AOL, his main loyalties lie in keeping the peace on Earth, and defending this newfound peace from any and all threats, perceived or otherwise; the amount of injuries he sustained to the point where he had his body re-engineered into a cyborg is the greatest proof of his dedication to the AOL and Alliance's cause. To him, he truly lives by the old saying 'the best defence is a good offence', preferring to snuff out fires before they even start. As such, that makes him a reliable man in combat, but rather questionable in terms of judgement. A man bred trained for war, Murdoch searches for trouble, almost to the point of paranoia one might say. Then again, for a man who is a veteran of war, even many years of fighting wouldn't keep him from stopping to smell the roses... one of the few things in the world he personally finds tranquil. In spite of his shortcomings, Bryan Murdoch was given the rank of General for a very good reason. Though one who prefers brawn above all else, he can be quite an effective leader when it comes to tactics and strategy. He is a man who knows his role and will not deny his shortcomings. Though brutish and scarred in appearance, he is a man that also comes off as intelligent and smooth. His own leadership and patriotic inspiration allowed him to rise within the ranks very quickly. Coupled with his high performance and rate of success, the rank suited him very well. In spite of its name, the Hakkeshu armour, Rose C'est la Vie of the Moon, is the perfect armour for a man who prefers to utilise firepower to the utmost fullest. Though few in weapons, the ones he has are more than enough to overpower an entire army or fleet, thanks to its Lunar Swords and J-Kaiser. Though the bulky samurai-like armour may look cumbersome, the thrusters themselves are more than powerful enough to give him the speed and agility needed, while the thickness and weight of the armour itself provides the toughness and durability to protect the wearer. Tough as nails, a one man army amongst the alliance, Bryan Murdoch is a force to be reckoned with. With suspicions of wrongdoing within the Atlas and Millenium projects, General Murdoch was given the assignment to uncover the plot within the Alliance that may jeapardise the peace. Needless to say, the general is more than happy to take the assignment... *** Admittedly, I do not remember the official names of the Lunar Swords of said mech from Zeorymer, but unless I get off my lazy butt to look them up, those are the names I will go with. ^^ Till then, the functions of these weapons are verily accurate to the series in which the Rose C'est la Vie comes from.

Now why would I want to make him a floating target? Bleh, bleh, bleh, bleh, BLEH! To make it official, I have spoken with Cyb in regards to the story of his boss character over PM. Overall profile will be kept as is for the sake of suspense, and boss will be accepted based on the background story I have received.
