OOC: Be my guest, DC, be my guest.
IC: Hours have passed since the colony's destruction. Sitting idly by was Aegis with a worried expression as he watched over Kara lying in bed. Taking a damp cloth from one of the med kits, Aegis applied the white piece of fabric over her forehead, the girl moaning quietly upon contact.
"Shh... relax," Aegis hushed the woman, brushing a lock of hair from her forehead. The girl's eyes flutered open, and gazed into Aegis' face.
"Mmm... how long has it been..." Kara groaned.
"Been several hours or so," Aegis replied. "Sorry that I woke you."
Kara smiled weakly at the enginner.
"Nah... couldn't sleep with the... throbbing in my head..." she grinned.
"Heh..."
"What of our new friends?" she asked.
"They're... around," he shrugged.
"You never could give a straight answer, could you?" Kara scowled slightly.
"I wouldn't worry about them," he sighed. "All of us are pretty much in the same boat. With the colony gone, and little to nowhere to go, I doubt anyone would be causing trouble in this ship... uh... whatever it is."
"Hmm..." she nodded, and closed her eyes.
"Don't worry," he smiled. "I'll keep an eye on you. You just try to relax - "
Before Aegis could complete his sentence, Kara had already dozed off, exhaustion finally taking its toll on her weak frame. Aegis frowned at the girl with concern, then shook his head, as he continued to watch the girl peacefully in her slumber.

Dulkor returned the wave, then slipped off into the colony to find his contact, and find out just what Hammer of Light was going to strike at next.

Drifting in space, Mikaru floats in the fighter jet while assessing his situation
Damn, no wonder this thing was left behind, the radio's all glitchy, any military force would shoot me down since they wouldn't be able to communicate with me. Now, where can I go to start anew?
Mikaru looked an the map on the screen of the cockpit and looked over areas where he could go
Hmm...Side 7, PERFECT! It's easy to land there since I don't need a radio. Side 7, here I come!
Fast-Forwarded to when I get off my ship in Side 7[/i]
*Stretches* Ahh, hmm....gonna need a job of some sort in order to settle here. I'll probably need a quick motel room to live at or something while I look for a job. Probably need some more money to pay for a room first. Heh, lucky me, I can always steal the money.
*Walks into town whistling*

OOC: Argh! Everyone got away before I could think of something cool for the military to do! BUT WAIT!
"Control, Escort 1, this is Escort 12. A fighter of the same model as the ones that attacked just got away. It was following another ship that headed for open space rather than Von Braun."
"Escort Team, return to base." Control ordered.
Later, the pilots of Escort Team are assembled in a conference room.
"Alright team, listen up. As you now know, a fighter of the same class as the attacking group was seen fleeing the colony shortly before Thor's Hammer's second shot. Shortly before that, a small cruiser was seen fleeing on the same vector as the one the fighter took. We suspect they were working together to drop the colony."
A screen appeared to show this gobbledegook.
"Command has decided to send a team after the fighter and its cruiser, but unfortunately, it will only be carrying three Mobile Suits. The Mobile Suit codenamed Thor's Hammer and two other new Mobile Suits will be the ones sent."
The screen switched to three MS: one resembling the GX, a red model with two rifles, and a green model with a large gatling gun.
"These are the three MS: Thor's Hammer aka Gundam X Divider, Horus Falcon aka Gundam Airmaster, and Perun's Axe aka Gundam Leopard."
All the pilots except one in the back oohed and aahed.
"The three pilot's chosen are Ensign Syn Starfire, the current pilot of Thor's Hammer, Lt. Bo Godos, who will pilot Horus Falcon, and Ensign Archer Steiner, who will pilot Perun's Axe."
The screen shut off and the captian folded his hands behind his back.
"The rest of us will remain here to guard Luna. Ensigns Starfire and Steiner, Lt. Godos, good luck. You leave in 2 hours for Side 7."

Dulkor paused for a moment as he walked through the hangar, spotting a recently docked ship (Mikaru's)
A Hammer of Light fighter? What's it doing here?
He shook his head and hurried into the colony proper, hoping his contact was in the same place she usually was.

OOC: Ok, so my fighter plane belongs to the Hammer of Light, at this point, I don't particularly care where the story goes with my ship. Though at some point soon, I plan on fixing the radio in it. But if you guys have anything major planned with it, just tell me ahead of time so everything doesn't get all "gobbledegook"
IC: Mikaru walked through the busy streets of Side 7. Bumping into people here and there, taking wads of cash that people leave open in their bags or pockets. For Mikaru, it was easier just to take stray cash, whereas if you take a whole wallet, it's noticed and people call the police to report it. Whereas if you just stick to taking cash, people tend to think they just didn't have it in the first place.
Hmm, not much, but I can make it last a few days. I'll have to use it to keep the ship docked and food. I should buy that replacement part for the radio as well. Guess I'll have to sleep in the ship for a few days.
Mikaru walks to the nearest fast-food place, then proceeds to the electronics shack to buy some radio parts, and then back to the ship.

Well, I'm back. Again...
Matrix sighs. He leans back in his seat and stares at the space colony in the distance. Starlight, Side 7.
I can't believe this his happening. This is just like four years ago...
Paul pushes a few buttons, making minor adjustments to the ship's trajectory. Since Aegis wanted to stay with Kara (Hm...I'm wonder what's up with her...), he'd told Paul what little he knew about the ship's controls.
Although he didn't have to tell me. I just...knew.
This feeling of deja vu is driving him insane. It did four years too, when the Space Revolutionaries bombed Aeris Colony. Now, its getting worse. This guy, Aegis...
Aegis...I know him from somewhere. But where? I know the face and the name, but I can't remember where I've heard or seen it.
Paul sighs again. Maybe Aaron knows...he's always been better with names anyway. A Vidscreen activates, the Starlight Port Authority officer interrupting the young man's thoughts.
"Please submit registration and ID."
Oh SHIT...how the hell do I submit...?!
"Um...uh...I..." he starts to say.
"Registration confirmed," the officer interrupts him. Paul sighs with relief...the ship must have some sort of automatic submission system. Odd...I thought only smugglers had that kind of system installed...
"Welcome to Starlight of Side Seven, Talera. Please enjoy your stay."
As the vidscreen goes black, the autopilot kicks in, bringing the ship into port.
Talera? Another familiar name. Still, the addition of smuggling technology tells me that there's quite a bit I don't know about this ship or its owner. Could this have been some sort of mafia cruiser? Heh. Either way, I'll have to look into it later. Right now...I have to go see Aaron.
OOC: Well, I don't know if you had a different name for the ship planned, MR, but you never got around to writing it down. "Talera" makes the most sense to me, though. For now, the ship is Talera.

In the docking bay hangars of Side 7, a small fighter sits with it's open cockpit as Mikaru makes the last adjustments to the radio and finishes his cheeseburger*Takes the last bite and activates the radio* Mikaru: Radio testing, 1,2,3, testing : This is Side 7 Space Traffic Control, we hear you loud and clear Mikaru: Thank you for responding to my testing. *turns off the radio* YES! Now for some sleep, with a day of pick-pocketing ahead of me Mikaru closes the cockpit hatch and falls asleep

Dulkor found her in the same bar she was always in at this time of day, with another appearance, of course. This time she'd given herself long black hair and blue eyes, along with a rather pale skin tone. She was dressed more or less like everyone else in the establishment, somewhat nice clothing, if a bit masculine for her appearance. He calmly walked in, opening and closing the door softly enough to keep the bell from ringing and sneaking up on the young woman.
"Nice try, Dulkor," she said without turning, "I thought you would have already known it's almost impossible to sneak up on someone with my training."
Dulkor laughed a bit, "What can I say, I'm stubborn."
"Yeah, whatever. I saw the vids about the attack, bad business. You get the disc out at least?"
He shook his head, "No, someone interfered and destroyed it, which is why I'm here, Lynea."
Lynea finally turned in her seat and looked Dulkor right in the eye, "Let me guess, you want to know where the next attack's going to be, right?"
"You sure you're not a mind reader?"
Lynea giggled a bit, "Look, Hammer has been hitting both the Federation and the Revolutionaries. The colony was an attempt to hit both. From what my sources say, they had a backup in place for if this failed."
"Oh?"
"Yeah, although you're not gonna like this..."
"Why not?"
"Because the attack is gonna make it pretty damn hard to get in. They're planning to slip a few infiltrators into a nearby base to plant gas bombs. They plan to deploy the gas and kill EVERYTHING in the base at exactly noon in two days," she passed him a disc with the coordinates and schematics.
"So I just slip in after the attack then, no problem," Dulkor shrugged, pocketing the disc.
"That's the thing, this gas is corrosive. Not enough to eat through the station, but it'll chew up rebreathers in a matter of minutes."
"Damn... well, if I'm fast it should still work. Know anything about valuables in there?"
"Not much, just military grade tech."
He nodded, "Alright then, that'll at least give me SOMETHING to take back to the Shadowmaster. Thanks for your help, Lynea."
"Anytime, now get outta here before you blow my cover," she laughed a bit, not that it would really matter, she'd alter her appearance in a couple days anyway.
"Alright, catch you later," he turned and left the building as silently as he'd entered, and headed to the meeting place to wait for Jenn.

The ship known as the Talera entered the space port and gently docked itself to one of the empty docks. With a gentle thud, the ship came to a complete stop, and its engines completely cut off.
Aegis and Kara walked towards the ship's hatch, and walked down the ramp to the station.
"Now that we're here, let's have you checked up," Aegis said. "Perhaps Side 7 might have something to prescribe for that headache of yours."
"Not that the doctors have ever managed to figure out what's happening to me," Kara sighed, then smiled sweetly. "But any excuse to hang out and blow some cash is a good one." ^^
Aegis let out a light chuckle, and gently smoothed the lock of hair on her face.
"Let's wait for the others before we head out," he stated.

"So what've you got?"
The man sitting in his office starts to reach under his desk, then stops as he realize who his visitor is. His hand releases the laspistol under the desk and he smiles at the woman. "Jenn. Always a pleasure. You're the only one the guards will just let by, you know."
Jenn smiled at the man. "Of course, Roo. Argus ask you where Ceras is?"
"He did...and I decided I'd tell you when you came. And to answer your question, I have some tactical nuke torpedoes...I know you'd like those."
Jenn laughed. "Of course I would. Send 'em to the usual place, and a pair to Talos."
"Will do. Now, Jenn, why don't you take a seat?"
"No, I gotta be going real soon."
"Ah. I understand." Roo leaned back in his chair. "Well, all I've got otherwise is the usual stuff...unless you're willing to take that suit of powered armor off my hands. It's reactive armor over titanium, fully sealed, with battery-powered mini reactor and modular weapon systems...Even female-patterned, just for you."
"Aw, you shouldn't have, Roo. 'Course I will. When have I ever turned down a new toy? Now...about Ceras."
"Yes. Well, she's moved again. Actually, she's here. At the moment. But she'll be gone tomorrow..."
"Well, I only need her now."
"Need me for what?" A tall, pale, raven-haired woman stepped into the room from a secret door hidden in the wall.
"Ah. Ceras. We were just talking about you," said Roo.
"I know. Good to see you again, Jenn. I understand you'll be wanting information?"
"Yes, please, Ceras."
Ceras leaned against her hidden door. "Base A54, codenamed Flare, nearby's got some good stuff. Thought you might want to know about it. Something even Roo doesn't have."
"Do tell."
"Yes," interrupted Roo, "do tell."
Ceras smiled to herself. "Personal nukes. They were shipped in from Pearl of Immortality Technologies last night."
"Personal nukes?"
"Yes. They're about the size of hand grenades, but they're pretty powerful. Enough to take out a city block."
"Well, we can't let those just fall into the wrong hands, can we?"
Ceras shook her head, her hair following her movements. "No. That's why I only told you this. They're still sealed in their packing polymers - it's completely airtight and completely impact resistant...even explosives resistant. That crap's basically indestructible."
Jenn frowned. "So how do you use the bombs?"
"The casings actually add to the explosive power of the bombs...some kind of experimental stuff from Pearl. They can be detonated with special electronic signals...something I'm sure Argus can replicate. Here." Ceras handed Jenn a data disk. "That's got the signal on it...as well as some data on the weapons. I'm sure you can get the bombs out. There are a half-dozen from Pearl...they were probably moved to a vault somewhere. Good luck." Ceras smiled mysteriously at Roo and Jenn and disappeared back into her wall.
Jenn shook her head. "Pearl of Immortality Tech...what kind of shit are they building?"
Roo looked at Jenn with a sad look on his face. "Be careful, Jenn...you're my favorite customer, you know."
"Thanks, Roo. I'll be back. I promise." Jenn turned away, gave a wave to the guards, and left Roo's office.
----------------------------- Jenn stepped into the Twisted Shot. It was as busy as she remembered, but she made her way straight to the bar. She took a seat on the only stool covered in fur and turned to the bartender. "Let's have one of the usual, Boris."
The burly man turned to Jenn. "Ah! Miss Kestrel is back. I kept seat for you. This one on me, okay?"
Jenn smiled at Boris. "Of course. Thank you, Boris." She turned back around in her stool and watched for Dulkor.

About two minutes later, Dulkor walked in, careful to make sure that even in the bar no one would be able to make out his appearance as he walked to where Jenn was sitting, "How'd it go?"
