A few weeks ago, an idea came to my mind, which I in turn shared to Cyg, then to MR. Both approved of the idea, and the two began the careful descision process that led to this.
Though Cyg had created this bar, as you might know, MR was the so called head admin. In this new system, this is no longer.
Our administration has formed a triumvirate. Cyg, MR, and the newly admined Wag form the three heads of the bar, each equal in proverbial power with each other, a balance against each other. This stops one admin from making a bad descision since, after its done, the other two can if wanted veto it and undo it (after much discussion on the matter).
The process of choosing took a long two weeks, where many canidates were removed while others were kept (I myself didn't make it into the top three, heh.) And finally, today, MR and Cyg finally decided on Wag.
And thus, let us congratulate Wag on his new position, and recognize how our Bar has once again walks down the path to make this bar better and better!

Just to get one thing out - if any member has a problem with somthing, please don't freaking throw a hissy fit and storm off of the board thinking it will change somthing. If you are having issues with the board, a mod, a decision, or even real life problems, TALK TO ME FIRST before going berserk all over the MSPB(Z).

Well if you weren't such a hard-ass who takes everything seriously then you'd realize we were being sarcastic.
