God, Aries hopes he's not depressed for Halloween. That would just ruin watching "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!". Edit:

Now, to NGE. NGE tells us that everyone has an AT Field to some extent. However, some more than others. The reason why only certain children can pilot the Evas is that their AT Fields are strong enough, so that the Evas can manifest them into "physical" form. AT Fields are more like your ego, or self. The "wall of the soul" or whatever... HOLY SPOILERS BATMAN[/u][/b] When Shinji is in Eva01 during the whole Third Impact shit, his mind is assaulted with all kinds of...well...shit. If you listen to the techs (I forget their names), and Prof Futsuyuki, they comment that "His self identity is spiraling into infinite zeros" and "the pilot's ego can't take much more of this". More or less, Shinji looses his concept of self and becomes one with Rei / Lilith. After a long and confusing series of cutscenes, Shinji deduces that when people are apart, nothing can come of it but pain - he does this by relating it to his relationship to Rei, Asuka and Misato. More or less he figures that they'll never really express that they hate him, nor can they truely love him, so they're always ambiguous - which Shinji deduces hurts more than one extreme than the other. So at this point he wills that humanity become one in the form of LCL, and everyone's AT fields start collapsing. They see the people they are becoming one with, depending on the person - One of the Techs sees Misato, another (ironically female) sees Ritsuko. Blah blah blah - once everyone is together, Shinji feels like somthing is missing, then wants everything to go back again, so he wills everything undone. The giant Rei / Lilith starts disintigrating in one of the most disturbing ways possible, and Shinji is back in his normal form. Now - here's where it gets interesting. The narration of Rei makes it sound like people will start to return to normal one by one as they will themselves to - in other words, they can escape if they want to. Of course Shinji would be the first out, but Asuka is there too. Is this because she willed herself out as well? Not to mention her final line "Disgusting", is this directed at Shinji or perhaps the notion of becoming / being one with everyone else?

Here's something to satiate your thirst for random battling. I call it Untrue Tales of the One Year War Part 1. It'll be a series of pictures of events that never happened and never could have happened during the One Year War. As for school spirit, my first two years of high school I was kind of forced to have school spirit as I was a conscript in the Pep Band. Second two years of high school went a lot better since I went to a Catholic school for those two years and the Catholics know how to throw an exciting rally! Well, more exciting than the Iowans at least. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! Battles battles battles! You rock Draco! That was great. I'm grinning from ear to ear. Oh, and $5 on Pk's inner demon.

The AT Field is the barrier of the soul which prevents anyone else from getting in. It is not the soul itself, in NGE. That's why Shinji still has himself within Rei/Lilith, even though the AT Fields of every living person have been broken down.

So, these AT fields are what keep people "one", and when it completely break down, they kinda, join together?
That explanation helps me understand wtf was going on in EoE.... *hasn't seen the series* I still find it odd how the people kinda popped into goo though. Like one of the hands from, I don't remember who, was still in one peice but nothing else remained of the person.

THE DELEGATE FROM DJIBOUTI WON AN AWARD! THE DELEGATE FROM DJIBOUTI WON AN AWARD! THE DELEGATE FROM DJIBOUTI WON AN AWARD!
The delegate from Djibouti won the "Outstanding Delegate Award" for her representation in the Legal-Political committee of the Manlius Pebble Hill conference.
Oh my god. It was so awesome. I got to go up in front of all the delegates and get this mini trophy from my chairs and the co secretary general. We were the last committee to receive awards, so Akilah and I were all in suspense... and she ended up winning the Best Delegate award and Germany got the other outstanding delegate award.
Anyways...
Shake your bouti... da na na, da na na...

Making the GM burning like it is took slightly more work than the beams and the moon is a Sonic Adventure 3 background I found while cruising a background archive. Of course, it'd probobly look better if your GM sheet wasn't sparse even for one of your sheets.
