It was ironic that I was watching the episode of Home Improvement that he guest starred on, however, he's not the one getting no respect. It is a pity that he died, and left crappy comedians...Jimmy Fallon...God he sucks. But really, I respect his comedy style, he makes fun of himself, is there no better way of saying that he's comfortable with who he is?

Who he was. Besides, that's not irony. People need to stop misusing that word.

While I am dead sad at Rodney's passing, he's got a hell of a lot of respect now in Heaven, I must say, you forget Bill Engvall, as well as Mitch Hedberg. They are funny. Back to the sadly deceased. I hope there is a standup night in heaven...

Ron White. He's the best out of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, and I'm very happy to see that he's not participating in that crappy-ass show of theirs.

Hopefully when we die we can see a nice big comedy show featuring the classics, like John Candy, Chris Farley, and all the other late comedians.
As for talking about current comedians...I don't like Mitch all that much. I saw him for a New Years Eve show, but wasn't that impressed. Then again, almost everyone will pale to his two co-showmen, Dave Attel and Lewis Black. Heh, Dave. How old is he?

Hey, Jerry Seinfeld may not be the best stand-up comedian, but his show was the best sitcom ever made. Ever. Followed closely by M*A*S*H.

Oh, Adam Sandler's still good.
That's one style of comedy that's incorruptable.

Ah, you're just a turn of the century teenager that has no respect for anything that came before 1995.
But for reals... the old Saturday Night Live (1970s) sucked so bad. I was watching an old tape of vintage SNL, and the only thing remotely amusing was the Coneheads skit... and that's not saying a lot.
It was at its prime in the late '80s, early '90s.
