The simple fact was that their enemy was wounded, probably on the verge of death, Kerry most likely did it to be a "hero", heroes do not shoot already wounded enemies, in fact, I doubt that there was even enough strength for the guy to aim the rocket launcher, look at the facts before you make a counter-argument. And I do agree that his action had put his boat in jeapordy, why? Because there might have been an ambush, and the boat would have been sunk because Kerry was an idiot, and tried playing the hero. Thats not what the people with Kerry on the boat said. Republicans just can't stand it because there are patriots who work for the good of the stars and stipes instead of an elephant

Uh, the people on the boat DID say that. Pick up the "Swift Boat Veterans for Truth" book, Unfit for Command. Its all there. Fellow boat captains there along with multiple people that server on his boat, including on that situation.

Jon Stewart put it best: "They served with John Kerry in the same sense Snoopy served with the Red Baron." And of course you can easily trace them back to Bush himself. It's fun playing connect the dots.

Uh, Kerry has admitted they served with him. Go to their freaking website's index, they have the freaking image the Kerry Campaign was using and had them identified on it. Some for awhile were Kerry supporters I recall.
Unless they are some face stealing Elephant ninjas out to doom Kerry! Wwasha!!!

Then you can see what is going on. Douche.

Wow, ever think that these connections may be ebcause the SWVT in fact were againt Kerry before Bush came along hmmm.... Yup.
Many of these connections are fairly random and like "Zomg had it on their website it obviously is an evil conspiracy."
Not to mention there is no back evidence at all. The Lawyer connection is kinda pointless since Lawyers really
Such as "Spaeth Supports Bush. Conspiracy!" And also as I said, lack of evidence supporting these claims (just a PDF with no back work).
And many of the Swift Vet members had for a time supported Kerry. One was Retired Admiral Roy Hoffmann, who actually helped Kerry campaign for awhile (going off of combat reports of Kerry's own hand), and then changed his stance when he saw all of Kerry's flops on his own story to it in his books and the testimony of many Swift Boat captains and Siwft Boat members.
We might as well not bring up that one fake "Bush report." evidence thing that was on recently that was automatically proven as a fake (they even used a font that wasn't in existance at the time of its supposed conception).
And Swift Boat Veteran donors? My dad donated money, wow, and he votes Republican double wow! CONSPIRACY!

All but 1 of the people on John Kerry's Swift Boat corraborated his side of the story. Furthermore, with the silver star, the other officer besides John Kerry has sided with him on this. And the man is a very credible source, he happens to be one of the Chicago Tribunes editors. SWBT were proven liars, and I will not pay money that goes into the pocket of John O'niell in order to read this book. The man got completely destroyed in a debate with Kerry after Vietnam and he just can't stand it.

Yeah, the fake documents that were backed by real testimony. John Kerry's site takes a crack at the Swift BoatiesYeah, none of them were actually on his boat. Oh, and the web of connections does a better job connecting the Swift Boaties to Bush than Bush tried to do with Al Quaeda and Iraq.

Actually, it was the other way around. Watch the debate, Kerry even did a few of his double takes on it. And I'm pretty certain that the Swift Vet site has much of the same as the book.
He proposed things at the debate that weren't war crime activies as being war crime atrocities. Free Fire Zones weren't war crimes, that was merely an area where a group could open fire on the enemy without checking with Headquarters.
Kerry also claimed that when we pulled out of Vietnam there would be no reprocucssions, and that at most five thousand people killed, and it is now estimated the purges following our "quick pullout" killed around 3.5 Million people

Mostly because Vietnam was a place we shouldn't have been in in the first place. That was Kerry's whole point. Vietnam was not justified.
Oh, and by contributors and donators, they mean more than your father's maybe $20. Try thousands if not millions.

They made a big deal how in the one commercial none of the people were in his Swift Boat. However, did you ever think that more than one Swift Boat worked together in an operation? Hell, they had large groups working together at a time. In addition, the doctor offering no proof? KERRY IS THE ONE WITH THE MEDICAL RECORDS. The doctor cannot release records because he has none! THose go on the Patient's records (which Kerry in turn refuses to release in entirety!) The fact of the matter is, Kerry refuses to release FULL military records. He has released bits and pieces of small bits of pieces, and backs much of what he says on his own biographies while others contradict him.

I get their email, the total ammount they have recieved over the year or two of its existance was like 1.2 million, nothing compared to what Move On is getting I might add.

We're not talking about what the Swift Boaties are getting for themselves, we're talking about what their members did for the Republican party. Hell, John O'Neill contributed $14 thousand to the GOP in the past decade. That's a lot of money for one person to give, even though he says he's not a member of either party. So, they are liars, they have ties to the Bush administration, and as Triyun continuously points out, a lot of them are just bitter over Kerry's thirty-year-old testimony. By the way, Kerry can't give himself medals. Only the military can. You have a problem with his Purple Hearts, bring it up with the Pentagon. Afterall, aren't they the ones who pass them out?

MoveOn.org (in the interest of full disclosure I am a member of it) I trust a hell of a lot more than Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. You want to know how linked John O'niell is to the Republican party. How about this, he nominated Richard Nixon at the 1972 GOP convention. I think that shows linkage to the party. He has been a anti-Kerry tool by the GOP since Kerry came onto the political map. Yes their were other Swift Boats there, but those men were enlisted, the two officers Kerry and this Chicago Tribune guy were probably the most aware of what proper procedure was and proper judgement because they trained for it. And the people who Kerry put his life on the line to save corraborate his story. I choose to trust them over people who have a right-wing agenda. I choose not to trust the right wing in terms of Veterans affairs because of what they did to John McCain during the 2000 primary's to get their nominee through and what they did to Max Cleland in 2002. Cleland especially you cannot tell me is not a genuine hero.
